How Meridian handles errors.
When we get something wrong, we fix it openly. A correction is published at the top of any affected article, with an “Updated” timestamp that explains what changed and why. We do not silently edit history.
If you find a factual error in any piece, please write to [email protected] with the article URL and the specific claim you believe is wrong. We respond to every message.
