Group K leaders Colombia face DR Congo at the Estadio Akron in Guadalajara on 23 June, with a second straight win capable of all but securing a place in the round of 32 for Nestor Lorenzo's side.

Colombia in command

Fresh from a 3-1 dismantling of Uzbekistan, Colombia look the strongest team in the group. Luis Diaz was unplayable on matchday one with a goal and an assist, and alongside James Rodriguez and Daniel Munoz he gives the South Americans cutting edge that few in this group can match.

Leopards riding a high

DR Congo earned their first-ever World Cup point against Portugal and will take heart from that resilience. Newcastle forward Yoane Wissa, who equalised against Portugal, leads their threat, and they will hope to frustrate Colombia early before springing on the break.

Prediction

Quality and depth favour Colombia, but DR Congo will not roll over. Prediction: Colombia 2-1 DR Congo.
