Undav's Stoppage-Time Winner Sends Germany Through in Toronto

Germany dug deep at BMO Field in Toronto to come from behind and beat Ivory Coast 2-1, Deniz Undav's brace ensuring Julian Nagelsmann's side topped Group E and booked their place in the round of 32 with a game to spare.
Kessié punishes the favourites
Ivory Coast struck first and deservedly so, Franck Kessié finishing on 30 minutes to put the African side ahead and silence the German support. The win confirmed Germany as group winners, while Ivory Coast were left to regroup before a decisive final-day clash with Curaçao.
